I'm a gymnast and a few weeks ago, I jumped when my right knee started to hurt. I ignored, because it was not so bad. Then have in my vaults 5, not a run and it was so bad, I'll just below me. I iced and took it easy for the rest of the practice, but the time I got home I was good. Since then, regular chicken or do jumping exercises when I run a lot, like in football, the pain returned.
